Exquisite GIA Edwardian 3.70ctw Old European, Old Mine & Pear Shaped DIAMOND Pavé Heart Silver & White Gold Pendant Enhancer Locket Necklace

Discover a captivating piece of history with this exceptional Edwardian diamond heart, a true masterpiece of early 20th-century craftsmanship. Handcrafted in silver and white gold (tested), this rare and elegant jewel is designed for radiant wear as a pendant. The romantic heart is adorned at its core with a singular old European-cut diamond, estimated to weigh 0.32 carats E-F color I clarity, encircled by a constellation of fifty five graduated old European and old Mine diamonds, the smaller diamonds estimated to weigh a further total of 2.72 carats. Poised gracefully, it suspended by pendant bail enhancer adorned with 3 large Pear shaped diamonds, each approx. 0.22ct, totaling 0.66 carats. For expanded versatility, a second, larger enhancer on the reverse also pulls up. Both this larger enhancer and the main diamond bail were thoughtfully added around the 1940s-1950s to offer diverse styling options.
This elegant and sparkling Edwardian treasure is exceedingly rare and about as fine as they come. There is no stamp, but tested for silver and mixed white gold.

This Edwardian treasure is in overall very good antique condition, displaying only minor surface scratches consistent with its age. The diamonds themselves are in good antique condition, with a few exhibiting subtle signs of wear to their girdles. Exceedingly rare and built to endure, this stunning piece is ready to charm for another hundred years and beyond.
