Gemstone Details
RUBY: The centerpiece of this magnificent ring is an approximately 0.60-carat natural Old Round Burma Ruby, renowned for its exquisite color. This particular shade is so vibrant and saturated that the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) famously refers to the finest examples as "Pigeon Blood" Red on its certificate, GIA #2235734095. Natural with some small imperfections and treatments such as heating, common for most rubies, all indicated on the GIA report.
The central ruby is haloed by a row of 18 calibrated custom-cut, intense red rubies (approx. 2mm×2mm each) estimated weight 1.0ctw, creating an unbroken cascade of color (haven't been certified or tested for its origin, most likely natural ).
Diamond & Setting
DIAMONDS: The bold red is punctuated by the brilliance of 6 sparkling accent diamonds (approx. 0.15 total carats, G-H-I color, VS/SI clarity). These diamonds are strategically set to enhance the Art Deco geometry Navette shaped, with three on the shoulders and three defining the central ruby, adding depth and fire.
The entire ring is meticulously crafted in PLATINUM ( stamped ), a choice metal for durability and enduring beauty during the Art Deco period.

Condition: Great, Great condition.. The rubies has some very very small surface reaching inclusions-like little pits, to the crown facets, otherwise very clean and in great condition. Diamonds are bright and well matched, and seem all original. The setting has light wear. Minor evidence of wear to the metal in form of Original Patina. Given the ring's age and condition ( just very minor sign of wear on the crown of the ruby), we think that it was staying in one family without being sold and re-sold.
