Antique 2.27ctw OLD EUROPEAN Diamond Emerald Black Onyx Cocktail Flower Cluster Platinum 18K Gold Ring, Circa 1915.
This breathtakingly beautiful, darling and delicate Flower shaped, Cluster Ring finely hand crafted in Platinum & 18K Yellow Gold ( tested) in faithful late Edwardian~ early Art Deco Ring .
The Center Diamond is an OLD EUROPEAN Cut 1.67ct in H-I color, I1clarity, accompanied with EGL USA certificate. The diamond faces up very well in natural light , NATURAL, no treatments. It is SUPER BRILLIANT, unusually WHITE for the time (most diamonds were L-M-N color), tons of SPARKLE that makes natural inclusions barely visible!! The measurements are 7.15x6.90x5.01mm. These Old Euro Rounds are so magical, he facets are large, chunky and beautiful and the brilliance is tantalizing.
It is framed with 8 half-moon shape cabochon emeralds and black onyx outlined with a scalloped diamond border. Beautiful detailing, cathedral-shaped diamond shoulders, estimated total weight of single cut diamonds is 0.60ct, H-I color, VS1-SI1 clarity overall .
The total weight of the diamonds is 2.27cttw.
The ring is 14.45mm in Diameter- impressive look.
The width of the band tappers from 2.03mm to 1.69mm and the 7.10mm height.
Finger size is 7, easy to re-size, the weight is 3.72 grams.

The ring is in very good antique condition. Overall light wear commensurate with age and use. All diamonds are present and appear original, the center diamond is in great condition with no wear to the girdle. Very little wear to the emeralds, onyx and setting in the form of minor abrasions and knicks to the metals, no apparent sign of repair to the mount. The ring has being polished.
